Contact support as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once preparation or carrier processing has started. NeoDrive cannot redirect every parcel after dispatch.
04 Why did my items arrive separately?
Products with different dimensions, preparation requirements or dispatch availability may be sent in separate parcels. Each available tracking reference will be communicated independently.
