04 Why did my items arrive separately?

Products with different dimensions, preparation requirements or dispatch availability may be sent in separate parcels. Each available tracking reference will be communicated independently.

05 What should I do if tracking stops updating?

Temporary gaps can occur between carrier scans. Review the latest carrier estimate first, then contact NeoDrive support if there is no movement beyond the expected delivery window.

06 What if the parcel arrives damaged?
